1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Balkan Smurf website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, do not use the website or purchase any product.
2. Eligibility and buyer responsibility
By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are responsible for checking the product description before payment.
3. Digital products and delivery
All accounts are digital products delivered automatically to the email entered at checkout after payment confirmation. Delivery is usually instant, but may vary depending on the payment provider, email provider or technical availability.
4. Product condition
Product details, warranty period, access type and any limitations are shown on the relevant product page. The buyer accepts the exact product description, stock condition and stated limitations at the time of purchase.
5. Payment processing
Payments are processed through SellAuth or another listed payment provider. Balkan Smurf does not store card data, crypto wallet credentials or full payment instrument details. A completed payment is treated as authorization to deliver the digital product.
6. Warranty and replacement
If a delivered account is invalid or cannot be accessed within the warranty period stated in the product details, the buyer may request a replacement by contacting support with the order number and evidence of the issue. The warranty does not cover problems caused after delivery by the buyer, third parties, account changes, bans, violations of game publisher rules, resale, sharing or intentional damage.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
Because accounts are digital products delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available after delivery. If no working replacement can be provided for a confirmed faulty account, Balkan Smurf administration may decide whether a refund is appropriate. False claims, abuse, unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to order cancellation, refusal of support and blocking of future purchases.
8. Buyer conduct
The buyer must not submit false information, attempt to manipulate delivery, damage accounts to obtain additional replacements, abuse support, resell products as their own stock without permission, or use the website for unlawful activity.
9. Limitation of liability
Balkan Smurf is not responsible for how the buyer uses an account after delivery, for actions taken by game publishers, platform owners or third parties, or for losses caused by the buyer's breach of these terms. Use of any account is subject to the rules of the relevant game or platform and is at the buyer's own risk.
10. Third-party rights
Balkan Smurf is independent and is not affiliated with Riot Games, Valve, Steam or any other game publisher or platform owner. Names, brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify product categories.
11. Updates to terms
Balkan Smurf may update these terms when needed for legal, security or operational reasons. The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
